Mechanical Analysis and Optimization of a new Cylindrical Splicing Clamp

Abstract: Cylindrical splicing clamp is a new type of splicing clamp designed based on a wedge-shaped self-locking principle for a 10kV distribution circuit. The clamp has the advantages of a simple structure, convenient operation, and a wide range of applicable wire diameters.
