Mechanistic aspects of binding of telomeric over parallel G‐quadruplex with novel synthesized Knoevenagel condensate 4‐nitrobenzylidene curcumin

Abstract: The introduction of small ligands to stabilise G-quadruplex DNA structures is a promising method for developing anti-cancer drugs. It is challenging to stabilise the G-quadruplex structure, which can take on a variety of topologies and is known to inhibit specific biological processes.
