Abstract:Key Clinical MessageOur report details a rare case of gastrointestinal bleeding in an adult male from Meckel's diverticulum. Diagnostic tests were negative except for technetium‐99m pertechnetate scintigraphy with SPECT/CT, highlighting importance of diverse modalities.
