Mediating effect of coping style on the relationship between clinical leadership and quality of work life among nurses in tertiary-level hospitals in China: a cross-sectional study

Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the association between clinical leadership and quality of work life, as well as the mediating role of coping style in this relationship.SettingThree tertiary-level hospitals in Liaoning Province, China.ParticipantsA total of 1209 nurses were recruited for this study.
