Abstract:The results of the pre-research in this study found that there was a phenomenon of cyberloafing among Generation Z employees in Bandar Lampung fairly high intensity. Uncertainty/inconsistency was found in the effect of work stress on cyberloafing, work stress on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction on cyberloafing.
