Mediating Influence of Work Engagement between Person-Environment Fit and Adaptive Performance

Abstract: Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to propose a conceptual framework on the mediating influence of Work Engagement (WE) on the relationship between Person-Environment Fit (PE fit) and Adaptive Performance (AP) among nurses at the public hospitals in Malaysia.
