Abstract:Chronic liver damages may end up with cirrhosis and portal hypertension, featured by splanchnic hyperdynamic circulation, angiogenesis, and collaterals formation. Melatonin is used to improve sleep quality, which exerts anti‐inflammatory, anti‐angiogenesis, and vascular actions without significant side effects.
