Membrane Cholesterol Dynamics: Cholesterol Domains and Kinetic Pools

Abstract: Nonreceptor mediated cholesterol uptake and reverse cholesterol transport in cells occur through cellular membranes. Thus, elucidation of cholesterol dynamics in membranes is essential to understanding cellular cholesterol accumulation and loss.
