Mentoring in healthcare

Abstract: With enterprise-wide interest by physicians, management, staff, and volunteers in developing future leaders across their organization, this article describes efforts to design, implement, and evaluate an inaugural, 1-year formal mentoring program for the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Alberta Health Services.
