Mesenchymal Stem Cells from Adipose Tissue in Clinical Applications for Dermatological Indications and Skin Aging

Abstract: Operating at multiple levels of control, mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue (ADSCs) communicate with organ systems to adjust immune response, provide signals for differentiation, migration, enzymatic reactions, and to equilibrate the regenerative demands of balanced tissue homeostasis. The identification of the mechanisms by which ADSCs accomplish these functions for dermatological rejuvenation and wound healing has great potential to identify novel targets for the treatment of disorders and combat agi… Show more

“…In addition, the stroma of ESGs is the main source and site of pluripotent nestin‐positive stem cells in human skin, which can differentiate into cells of all lineages . Complementing this, the dWAT is a rich source of adipose tissue‐derived stem cells that can promote wound healing and skin regeneration . Therefore, the agglomeration of HFs, ESGs and dWAT within a shared skin microenvironment may provide a tissue niche to facilitate skin regeneration.…”

“…EGF increased NIH3T3 cell proliferation in a bell-shaped dose response, and the maximum cell proliferation was achieved at a concentration of 25 ng/ml [40]. EGF has ability such as skin rejuvenation, production of collagen, elastin, ECM remodeling [41].…”

“…Suplonėjus epidermiui, padidėja veido odos jautrumas išoriniams aplinkos veiksniams, gali išryškėti smulkiosios kraujagyslės. Sumažėjęs kolageno ir elastino skaidulų kiekis bei pasikeitusi jų struktūra sąlygoja odos tonuso pakitimus bei raukšlių formavimąsi [5]. Kolagenas sudaro apie 80% odos masės.…”
