Abstract: Introduction: Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (TLE) is a disorder caused by neuronal electrical imbalance, clinically manifested by spontaneous and recurrent seizures1,2. Its pathogenesis involves channelopathies of calcium channels, which contributes to hyperexcitability and hypersynchrony in TLE3 .
