Mesenteric venous collateral vessels mimicking cystic pancreatic neoplasm

Abstract: ABSTRACT. We report an unusual case of intrapancreatic mesenteric venous collateral vessels following partial pancreatic surgical resection resembling pancreatic neoplasm upon greyscale sonographic and unenhanced CT examinations.
