Abstract:Low-temperature magnetoresistance measurements, in the metallic regime, on p-type CuGaTe 2 were performed. The magnetoresistance results were analyzed using localization and electron-electron theories taking into account the effect of strong spin-orbit coupling. The results were compared to those related to CuInSe 2 . Good agreement of the experimental data with theory was found over a wide range of magnetic fields up to 20 T. From the theoretical fit, both the inelastic and spin-orbit relaxation times were es… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
