Metalworking Fluids ( MWF )

Abstract: The present chapter summarizes metalworking fluid (MWF). MWF is the term also used for fluids used in various processes and operation for the manufacture of engines, transmissions, and chassis parts. There are two general categories and four major types of MWF. The characteristics and composition of fluids, as well as technological details of application have been reviewed.
