Method for analytical calculation of the operating cost of a drum atmospheric dryer

Abstract

To create highly efficient drying equipment, it is necessary to evaluate economically the various modifications of equipment layout for the drying process during the design stage, including various modifications of design decisions for dryers of the same type. However, the absence of reliable methods for modeling dryers and the lack of initial data for technicoeconomic calculations complicate the solution of this problem.
