Methodical approaches to the development of online courses based on free network tools

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify methodological approaches to the development of online courses based on free network tools. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that an algorithm is proposed that simplifies the choice of network tools for the development of electronic courses, including specialized platforms, website designers, online services adapted to the creation of educational materials, and services used to present the results of individual and group work of students. As a result, a classification of online educational materials with variants of services implementing them, as well as a methodology for developing an online course, is presented.
