The course towards digital transformation proclaimed by the Government of Ukraine encourages greater use of relevant indicators in management practice, in the formation and implementation of sectoral policies. In the context of digitalization, a number of documents have been adopted, including the updated version of the National Informatization Program, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has been established, and action plans have been developed in various areas to improve the level of application of digital technologies. In particular, the corresponding long-term transformations will increasingly cover the areas of domestic science and education, and therefore will require the development of a professional consensus approach to the development of appropriate information and analytical support in the digitalization domain.

The purpose of the study is to summarize the applied experience of lean management in Ukrainian companies and compare it with the practices of foreign companies. The objects of the study were such companies as Starbucks (USA), Nike (USA), Philips (Netherlands), Volvo Cars (Sweden), Nova Poshta (Ukraine), Alfa-Bank (Ukraine), Kyivstar (Ukraine), MHP (Ukraine). The author analyzes the advantages of lean management, its impact on profitability, productivity, quality, operational processes, compared with the results of lean implementation in Ukraine. The systematized modern practices of lean management are the model "a deep-dive experience", an Obeya room and leanleadership. The principles of lean in Ukrainian business have been analyzed, it has been determined that in general the management is focused on optimization of operational processes, automation of production, efficient organization of workspaces. Attention is drawn to the fact that in domestic companies, lean management hasn't covered the entire organization, hasn't become its philosophy, hasn't determined the strategy of its development, but is rather periodic and fragmentary so far. The results of the study prove that in general Ukrainian organizations are moving in the right direction, based on their capabilities, the feasibility of developing an adapted algorithm for implementing lean management not only in large business but also in medium and small business.

The development of social and labor relations, due to the global globalization processes, requires an innovative approach in the state regulation of the organization of wages, demanded by the realities of the labor market. It is important to determine the criteria and indicators for assessing the level of development of instruments of influence of state institutions to ensure the principle of justice and social balance in the construction of an algorithm for calculating remuneration for work. The purpose of this publication is to substantiate the methodological approach to the construction of a hierarchy of differentiation of levels of state regulation of wages, for use in the cluster ranking of the national economy by industry. The necessity to improve the effectiveness of the intervention of state institutions in the system of organization of wages. The dynamics of the average monthly wage of full-time workers per hour worked is analyzed in order to justify the discrepancy that exists in the amount of wages in various sectors of the economy. The classification of the levels of influence of state institutions on the organization of wages, the fundamental basis of which are analytically justified differences in the state of the organization of wages for each type of economic activity in a particular situation on the background of continuous monitoring and presents a hierarchical classification of levels of regulation for sectors of the national economy. With the help of cluster analysis tools the substantiation of methodical bases of improvement of scenarios of the analysis of the level of need for state regulation in order to optimize the effectiveness of this process is carried out. The hypothesis about the existence of the trend of combining objects into clusters according to the existing state of the indicators of the organization of wages in the sectors of the economy of Ukraine is indicated and justified.
