Methodological Development of a Clonogenic Assay to Determine Endothelial Progenitor Cell Potential

Abstract: The precise and conceptual insight of circulating endothelial progenitor cell (EPC) kinetics is hampered by the absence of an assay system capable of evaluating the EPC differentiation cascade.
