The relevance of the study is that investment activities associated with investments in fixed assets relate to the "system-forming" activity of the state and are articulated in a number of federal documents and national projects. As it is noted in the Decree of the President of Russia "On National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the Period until 2030" the sustained economic growth is associated with a high level of investment activity. It is planned to increase capital investment in fixed assets by 2030 by at least 70 percent compared to 2020. The author's version of blocks of factors of investment in fixed assets is formed according to a content criterion. Hierarchical classification of Russian regions into qualitatively homogeneous groups according to factor indicators of regional promotion of investments in fixed assets by the method of cluster analysis based on interregional comparisons was performed. A federal approach to the analysis of trends of indicators of investments in fixed assets has been implemented and their forecasting for 2021-2022 has been carried out. The proposed analytical and methodological support for the executive authorities of the federal and regional levels serves as the basis for the development of the appropriate measures to ensure the conditions for growth of investments in fixed assets and sustainable economic growth.

Subject. The article focuses on tax security as a key functional component of economic security of organisations and a subject for accounting and economic analysis. Objectives. The purpose of the study was to analyse the key aspects of the tax security of organisations, the nature of tax risks, which are of great practical importance for the elimination of threats to economic security, and suggest ways to enhance the effectiveness of tax risk management. Methodology. To achieve the goals, we used the following scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, analogy, simulation, classification, comparison, and logical approach. Results. Based on the definitions of the tax component of the economic security of organisations and tax risks, we suggest a detailed description of the main instruments of protection from potential threats to tax security. The article details the stages of tax analysis and suggests a chart for the express assessment of tax risks (including a list of risk indicators and measures for neutralisation of tax threats to economic security depending on the level of tax security) and a registry of enquiries from tax authorities (for rapid response, which can help to mitigate tax risks associated with failure to provide a response to tax authorities).Conclusions. The article justifies the importance of accounting and analysis for ensuring the tax security of organisations in the current unstable economic environment and the necessity for the systematic analysis and assessment of tax risks aimed at their minimisation and elimination of threats to tax security of economic entities.

Subject. The article considers an integrated approach to economic analysis and assessment of sustainability and economic security of the enterprise. Objectives. The focus is on creating a conceptual model of economic analysis of sustainable and safe development of the enterprise, enabling to evaluate complex indicators of sustainability and economic security, and identify risks and threats to enterprise activities. Methods. The study rests on integrated approach, which is tested during the economic analysis of sustainable and safe development of enterprises. Results. The paper presents an approach to assessing the sustainable and safe development of an enterprise, using fuzzy logic. We offered a model of economic analysis of sustainability and economic security of the enterprise, determined the corresponding indicators of enterprise’s sustainability and economic security. To select indicators, we considered not only enterprise’s internal capabilities, but also external factors, industry, regional factors, risks and threats. The economic analysis of sustainable development takes into account the main aspects of sustainability, like economic, social and environmental. The economic analysis of safe development accounts for such components of economic security as personnel, technical, technological, and financial. The model helps identify indicators that violate the level of sustainable and safe development of the enterprise. Conclusions. Using the presented model, it is possible to effectively assess the sustainability and economic security of enterprises.
