“…To identify the most effective type of filler, the composite materials based on polyethersulfone were obtained and investigated. As a polymer matrix, synthesized polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU) based on 4,4′-dihydroxydiphenyl and 4,4′-dichlorodiphenylsulfone with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 dl/g [3,4] was used. As fillers used: finely divided chalk produced by LLC "Industrial Fillers" brand M-1 (Russia), with an average particle size of 0.8 μm; talc of Imerys, brand Luzenac A7C (France), with an average particle size of 2 μm; silver graphite grade GL-1 with an average particle size of 20 μm and cryptocrystalline graphite grade GLS-3, with an average particle size of 10 μm (GOST 5279-74); ground carbon fiber from Graphite PRO (Russia), with an average fiber length of 0.25-0.35 mm was used.…”
