Псориатический артрит (ПсА) представляет собой хро-ническое серонегативное воспалительное заболевание сус-тавов, ассоциирующееся с кожным псориазом [1][2][3]. Диаг-ностика ПсА нередко затруднена вследствие того, что у ча-сти больных превалируют не классические признаки «ис-тинного артрита», а проявления вертебрального пораже-ния, тендинита, энтезита или дактилита. При этом, если псориатическая природа суставного процесса не диагно-стируется своевременно, то, соответственно, не предпри-нимаются адекватные мероприятия по лечению больного, что приводит к прогрессирующему поражению суставов и ранней инвалидизации.Считается, что псориазом страдает примерно от 0,3 до 4,8% населения [4,5]. Среди больных псориазом диа-пазон распространения ПcА достаточно широк: по сооб-щениям разных авторов, он варьирует от 5 до 30% [6,7]. Рандомизированный телефонный опрос 27 220 жителей США выявил, что в общей популяции встречаемость ПcА составила 0,25%, а среди больных, страдающих псориа-зом, -11% [8]. В 2009 г. в Германии проведено обследова-ние 1511 пациентов с бляшечной формой псориаза, вы-явившее наличие ПсА у 20,6% больных, при этом лишь в 3% случаев суставная патология была диагностирована впервые [9]. Particular emphasis is placed on the results of using tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (etanercept, infliximab, golimumab, certolizumab pegol, adalimumab), interleukin inhibitors (ustekinumab, brodalumab), and phosphodiesterase 4 inhibitors (apremilast).

Methotrexate is one of the most commonly used anti-neoplastic and disease modifying drug today. Side effects of methotrexate at high dose may be life threatening; however, these side effects oral dosing are variable because of the inter-individual variability of gastrointestinal absorption of this drug. Because of confusing nature of its dosing schedule and different routes of administration there are high chances of misinterpretation of prescription. Medication errors involving methotrexate revealed that errors occurred during all phases of use, often resulted from confusion about dosage, and often caused death or other serious adverse effects. Here we present three cases of toxicity due to methotrexate medication error. All cases presented with multiple erosions and ulcers on skin and mucous membrane, organ failures, bone marrow suppression.
