Abstract:Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant found in grape beans, blueberries, rosehip and wine. Due to its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, it can also be consumed as a supplement. Purpose of the work was to determine the optimal chromatographic conditions for the chromatographic dosing of resveratrol using HPLC-UV / VIS detection.
