MHD Free Convective Flow in a Composite Medium Between Co-axial Vertical Cylinders with Temperature Dependent Heat Flux on Inner Cylinder

Abstract: The natural convective flow of conducting viscous fluid between two coaxial vertical cylinders partially filled with a porous material has been studied. The flow field is subjected to externally applied magnetic field (control input) and stress jump condition at the interface of two regions. The surface of the inner cylinder is subject to the constant heat flux and outer cylinder is maintained at constant temperature.
