Microalgae Encapsulation Systems for Food, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Applications

Abstract: Microalgae are microorganisms with a singular biochemical composition, including several biologically active compounds with proven pharmacological activities, such as anticancer, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities, among others.
