Abstract:Information about the microbiota in marine sediments is important because the microbiota and their activities in sediments affect the surrounding marine environment. To evaluate the microbial diversity, we performed 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing on sediment samples from 19 stations in Tsukumo Bay, the northern area of Noto Peninsula, Japan.
