Microbreak Exercise Interventions on Middle-Aged Office Workers: A Systematic Review

Abstract: Office workers often experience occupational musculoskeletal disorders. The aim of the current systematic review was to investigate the effectiveness of workplace exercise intervention on the oldest age group of office workers who have been reported in the literature so far, in terms of workability and well-being.
