Abstract:The microcrystallization effects induced by the real-time laser annealing in Cr-Al-C ion-sputtered films with an off-stoichiometric composition are studied. The laser annealing has been performed during Raman experiments with tunable laser power densities. Morphostructural changes induced during laser annealing were investigated by scanning electron microscopy. It has been proven that real-time laser annealing in the high-laser-power-density mode promotes quite clearly the formation of nanograins through surfa… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
