We reported the use of the microdebrider for successful removal of subglottic cysts in 2005 [11 ] and this was later reported by Jaryszyk and Collins [12]. As these lesions are delicate, mucosal lesions, the less aggressive Skimmer blade should be used to avoid injury to adjacent structures.…”
