Abstract:Metasurfaces, as 2D artificial electromagnetic materials, play a pivotal role in manipulating electromagnetic waves by controlling their amplitude, phase, and polarization. Achieving this control involves designing subwavelength meta‐molecules with specific geometries and periodicities.
