Abstract:Glioblastoma (GB) is an aggressive brain malignancy characterized by its invasive nature. Current treatment has limited effectiveness, resulting in poor patients' prognoses. β-Amino carbonyl (β-AC) compounds have gained attention due to their potential anticancerous properties.
