Abstract:Introduction: Irritable bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a functional disorder of abdominal pain or discomfort associated with altered bowel habit. Microscopic colitis is a chronic inflammatory condition associated with non bloody diarrhoea and characteristic histological finding.
