Microstructrual evolution of all-wet-processed CIGS films using Raman spectroscopy

Abstract: We report a wet process deposition in order to identify a costeffective processing scheme for CuIn 1Àx Ga x Se 2 (CIGS) layers on molybdenum/soda lime glass substrates from a Cu-In-Ga precursor solution.
