Abstract:The thick film NTC thermistor of compositions Sr 0.6 Bi 0.4 Fe 0.6 Sn 0.4 O 3 ? BaCo II 0.02 Co III 0.04 Bi 0.94 O 3 , synthesized by solid state reaction, were prepared by screen-printing on alumina substrate. The microstructures, composition dependent, impedance characteristics, self-heating behaviours and thermistor properties were investigated.
