Abstract:An environmentally friendly method has been developed for substituted (E)-(3-(4-(1H-tetrazole-5yl)styryl)benzofuran-2-yl)([1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)methanone scaffolds by Suzuki cross-coupling reaction in an aqueous medium under both microwave irradiation and conventional heating methods.
