Microwave method based on curve fitting method for high-precision collision frequency diagnosis

Abstract: In this work, the results of plasma microwave transmission diagnosis were analyzed. According to the attenuation and phase shift of the electromagnetic wave propagating in the plasma, the electron density and collision frequency of the plasma can be diagnosed.
