Abstract:The microwave magnetic properties of rare earth–3d intermetallic compounds Nd(Fe1−xCox)10V2 (ThMn12-type, 0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.5) have been studied. The x-ray diffraction analyses and static magnetic measurements indicate that the anisotropy in this system is strongly modified by Co substitution. With increasing Co content, the easy magnetization direction appears to deviate from the c-axis (x = 0) to the c-plane (x = 0.2, 0.3), and changes back to the c-axis (x = 0.5); the microwave permeability and the resonance freque… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
