Abstract:Determination of East Kalimantan, particularly Sepaku Sub-District, Panajam Paser Utara Regency, and Kutai Karta Negara Regency as the New Capital City of Indonesia requires an in-depth and comprehensive study of various aspects, including the natural disaster of the earthquake.
