Millimeter-wave nonlinear transmission line tripler

Abstract: Nonlinear transmission lines (NLTLs) provide a nonlinear, dispersive medium for soliton propagation. Taking advantage of the soliton propagation effects, electrical impulse compression and harmonic generation can be achieved in NLTL circuits.
