Mitomycin C, teniposide, and cisplatin combination chemotherapy for advanced non-small-cell carcinoma of the lung

Abstract: A total of 45 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung carcinoma were treated with a combination of cisplatin, teniposide, and mitomycin C. Most subjects exhibited good prognostic factors (performance status, 0-1; minimal weight loss; locoregional disease). Toxicity consisted mainly of myelosuppression and nausea and vomiting.
