Mitral valve and papillary muscle abnormalities in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy

Abstract: Mitral valve abnormalities are common in hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and play an important role in the pathophysiology of dynamic left ventricular outflow tract obstruction.
