Mixed Convective MHD Micro-Polar Fluid Flow in a Porous Medium with Radiation Absorption

Abstract: An unsteady mixed convective flow of micro-polar fluid in a porous medium has been considered in presence of transverse magnetic field, Dufour effects and radiation. Effects of radiation absorption and heat source/sink are taken into account. The Buoyancy force leads to free convection and oscillatory free stream velocity is responsible for forced convection. Partial differential equations governed by conservation principles of mass, momentum and energy are solved analytically using perturbation scheme. Effect… Show more

“…Ramadevi et al (2018) have used the regular perturbation technique for the unsteady motion of Casson fluid over a wavy surface under the effect of magnetic field. The problem of an unsteady mixed convective flow of micro-polar fluid in the presence of transverse magnetic field has been discussed by Dey (2019). He has solved the governing equations of motion analytically using the perturbation method.…”

“…Recently, hydromagnetic flow through unsteady stretching sheet was investigated by Mabood and Khan (2016), and Tian et al (2017). Until, very recently, some scientists and researchers like as , Dey (2019), Pandya et al (2019), andDutta et al (2019) explored the fluid flow analysis with the magnetic impact.…”
