MMADHC premature termination codons in the pathogenesis of cobalamin D disorder: Potential of translational readthrough reconstitution

Abstract: Mutations in the MMADHC gene cause cobalamin D disorder (cblD), an autosomal recessive inborn disease with defects in intracellular cobalamin (cbl, vitamin B12) metabolism.
