Therefore, Location-Based Services(LBS)canbeaddedtoIoMTbasedtelemedicinesystemstoovercomelackofmobilityin medicalsystems.ItcanincreasethevisibilityandautomationofIoMTmedicalsolutionstoassist patienttosearchaboutnearbydoctorsorhealthcentresandfacilitatingdoctorstocheckinformation aboutpatient'shealthissuesremotelyandtotrackpatient'scurrentlocationincaseofemergency situation (Kizhakkepurayil et al, 2010). A Location-aware IoMT-based Information System (LIoMTIS)forpreventionofheartdisease,monitoringHypertensionandArrhythmiapatientsand assistantinemergencycanbeuseful.Therefore,iHeartwouldbearightsolutiontohelppatientsto getemergencycareduringemergencies.iHeartisconsideredasalocation-basedInternetofThings (IoMT)basedinformationsystemwhichinterconnectsmedicalresourcesandcomputingdevicesvia internettoenablethemtosendandreceivedata (Keikhosrokianietal.,2018;Keikhosrokianietal., 2012).InordertouseiHeart(Figure1),patientneedstowearaBluetoothwristmonitoringdevice callediHealth.Patient'sbloodpressureandheartratewillbemeasuredbyiHealthalongwithpatient currentlocationwillbetransferredtothepatient'sSmartphoneandfromSmartphonetoiHealthcloud occasionally.Therecordofpatient'sdataincludingbloodpressure,heartrateandhis/hercurrent locationwillbesavedinmedicalcentre'sdatabase.Ifpatientfacedanyproblem,medicalcentre willcontactthenearesthospitaltothepatient'scurrentlocationforsendingambulanceandfurther treatmentprocedures.Thenearesthospitalarelistedinthedatabaseandtaggedbasedontheirellipse codes.Ifpatientisconscious,medicalsystemcannavigatehim/hertothenearesthospitalornearest ellipse.iHeartwasdevelopedandevaluatedinTelemedicineInnovativeChallengewhichwaspart of"TheFirstMalaysianTelemedicineConference" (Keikhosrokiani,2019(Keikhosrokiani, ,2020Keikhosrokiani etal.,2018;Keikhosrokianietal.,2020;Keikhosrokianietal.,2012).Oneofthemainnoveltyand uniquenessofiHeartistheellipsemodelforlocationtrackingandnavigatingpatienttothenearest hospitals.Inaddition,usingiHealthdeviceprovideenablesuserstomeasurepatient'sheartrateand bloodpressuremoreaccuratelyanduseofiHealthcloudcreatesanopportunitytohaverela-time serviceandafasterdatatransmissionfrompatienttohealthcareproviders.…”
