Abstract:Uncooled infrared thermal detectors are gaining increasing attention owing to their ability to operate at room-temperature and their low cost. This study proposes a plasmonic optomechanical resonator for ultrasensitive long-wave infrared wave sensing based on mode localization mechanism.
