Model-Guided Design and Optimization of CPA Perfusion Protocols for Whole Organ Cryopreservation

Abstract: Vitrification could enable long-term organ preservation, but only after loading high-concentration, potentially toxic cryoprotective agents (CPAs) by perfusion.
