Modeling and Optimization of a Novel ScAlN-Based MEMS Scanning Mirror with Large Static and Dynamic Two-Axis Tilting Angles

Abstract: The piezoelectric MEMS (micro-electro-mechanical systems) scanning mirrors are in a great demand for numerous optoelectronic applications.
