Modeling of a straight thin wire: Comparison of antenna approach and Transmission Line Model

Abstract: The objective of the paper is related to the assessment of a current distribution induced along a straight thin wire excited at its center by the unit timeharmonic voltage source using both antenna theory and transmission line approach.
