Abstract:Abstract. Study of the dependence of hysteretic characteristics of core-shell Co-Au nanoparticles on size was conducted within the model of two-phase nanoparticles. It was shown, that coercive field, residual saturation magnetization and saturation magnetization decreasing with sizes of Co-Au particles due to the increasing role of thermal fluctuations. The simulation results of the size effect on the hysteresis characteristics of the core-shell nanoparticles are in good agreement with the experimental data.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
