Modeling of the Stress-Strain Relationship of Wood Material Beyond Its Elasticity Limit under Cyclic Compressive Loading: Comparative Study of Two Models

Abstract: In this work, we study the relative capacities of two mathematical models for the description of the stress-strain relationship of wood material subjected to damaging cyclic compressive stresses. The models studied are the Mazars-Pijeaudier Cabot model and the Fozao-Foudjet model (Fozao-Foudjet 2).
