Abstract:New thermodynamic cycles are developed in which the working fluid used cannot be considered as an ideal gas. This applies to oxy-fuel combustion cycles. In these cycles, oxygen is separated from the air prior to combustion. The combustion chamber is supplied with fuel and pure oxygen.
